Sun, 02/05/2010 Many Christians view church like a “consumer” not a “communer” – Which are you? It matters, not only for your life & soul, but for God’s purpose in the earth!
Last week we unpacked “Community Life” with the emphasis on having “Genuine Love” one to another, this week we consider our Community Witness, which I prefer to look at as “Displaying God’s Love To A Lost World”
Community life is about genuine love for one another. But what’s the source & goal of this love? Is community life a means or an end? Verse 35 helps provide the answer!
We need to see that our love for one another is the fruit of Christ’s love for us, for a glorious Christ exalting purpose!
