Join us as we celebrate an evening of song, scripture and sharing in the Lord's Supper. We will be meeting at Christ for the Nations Bible College Friday April 22, 2011 at 7:30.
"He is not here, for he has risen, as he said.” These words, spoken by an angel to the women at Jesus’s tomb, changed history forever. Christ’s resurrection was more than a display of raw supernatural power. It was the single event that assures us that his payment for our sins has been accepted. God’s wrath is satisfied. Death is defeated. The powers of darkness are overcome. Sin’s dominion has been broken. And the life of the age to come has dawned.

Author Jamie Munson, pastor at mars Hill Seattle describes his book this way... "I like to think of the book as Doctrine meets Dave Ramsey, and tailored with a wide range of people in mind: churches, small groups, couples, and individuals, both rich and poor. The content is not specific to Mars Hill, except for a couple appendixes that provide some insight into how we manage church finances."
For the months of February and March, Crossway care groups will be exploring this book. For your free copy of Money: God or Gift please visit the bookstore on Sunday.
For those of you who don’t have any plans for New Years Eve, we will be hosting an evening of worship and prayer.
What a wonderful way to end the year, thanking God for another year of undeserved grace and look forward to 2011.
We'll be meeting at the CFNBC gym at 8:00 PM.
Join us for the fourth message in our series in Luke. This week we focus on the birth of John the Baptist.
