Tony Walsh

Tony serves as the Senior Pastor and has been in full-time pastoral ministry for nearly twenty years. He has the primary responsibility for preaching and with the help of an excellent pastoral team, provides the overall vision and direction to the church. Tony also serves as oversight for churches throughout the Pacific Northwest, Western Canada and the Philippines. Tony and his wife Mary have three children, all of whom serve at Crossway. Tony and Mary are also grandparents two times over. While golfing and running are definite passions, he still attempts to understand the wonderful game of ice hockey.

Pat has been in full time pastoral ministry since 1990. In 1998, Pat, planted West Coast Chapel, which was adopted by Sovereign Grace Ministries, eventually becoming known as Crossway Community Church. He is a graduate of the 1999 Sovereign Grace Ministries Pastors College. Pat oversees Crossway’s worship and evangelism as well as several care groups. Pat and his wife Cherry have 5 children. Pat plays, and from time to time enjoys, golf as well as writing songs, sushi lunches and americanos.

Fred has been a part of Crossway Community Church since 2004. In 2006 he joined the staff after graduating from Sovereign Grace Ministries Pastors College. Fred serves primarily with Sunday preaching, counseling, CrossCulture Parent/Teen Ministry and care group oversight. Fred and his wife Marlene have six children. Fred enjoys a one dimensional golf game, following the Canucks, blogging, building a library, grande darks in a venti cup and referring to sports equipment with archaic names.

Slava has served as one of our pastors at Crossway Community Church since the summer of 2006. After graduating from the Sovereign Grace Ministries’ Pastors College in 2005, Slava interned in Wales before joining the team. Slava leads the Russian Speaking Ministry, he also oversees several Care Groups. Slave and his wife Anya have been married for 12 years. Slava enjoys Albert Mohler on his iPod while taking brisk walks as well as any meat cooked or uncooked.
Marty Jones

Marty arrived at Crossway Community Church in the fall of 2004. After graduating from the Sovereign Grace Ministries Pastor’s College in 2007, Marty joined the Crossway pastoral team. He is primarily responsible for overseeing the Children’s, Sunday and Singles/Young Adults (Sojourn) ministries. Marty also serves as the CCC administrator. The Oregon Ducks, Edmonton Oilers, Seattle Seahawks, Seattle Mariners, new wave and hitting the fairway consistently are among his favorite pastimes. Marty and Amy have three children.
